NVOCC Negotiated Rate Arrangements

Notice is hereby given that International Transport Management Corp. d/b/a ITM LINE . is engaging in NVOCC Negotiated Rate Arrangement” or “NRA” which means written and binding arrangements
between an NRA shipper and International Transport Management Corp. d/b/a ITM Line, the eligible NVOCC to provide specific transportation service for a stated cargo quantity,
from origin to destination, on and after receipt of the cargo by International Transport Management Corp. d/b/a ITM Line or its agent (or the originating carrier in the case of through transportation).
